The UK Charity Worker Visa allows a person with a job offer to do charitable work in the United Kingdom for a year. In this particular visa, there is no pathway to apply for permanent residency, however partners and dependent children under eighteen years may apply to join the visa holder.
Visa Duration and Entry

Be at least 18 years old.

Your CoS contains the intention of providing for the role set forth above.
Meet financial requirements.
Not be a Charity Worker or Religious Worker (unless the applicant has been resident outside the UK in the last 12 months they must not have been granted a Charity or Religious Workers Visa).
Get physical documents if necessary: a certificate which states that you are free from TB.
Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS)
The only requirement is that the CoS must be from an A-rated UK charity organisation. This certificate should confirm that your intended post qualifies you for charitable purposes and this certificate should not be older than three months of the date of the application.
Financial Requirements
If you have been out of the UK for over a year you need to produce £1,270 in cash which must have been accumulated for at least 28 days before the application was made. Then again, your sponsor can indicate on the CoS that they will provide for your financial needs in the first month after arrival.
